British Summer Time has ended for another year, Oxford is now on GMT, which I think is good. I am not a big day light savings fan. I am not sure who turns the clock back at Carfax, but it was correct when I went past at 1447hrs.

I'm just guessing but an old clock like that is probably put forward 23 hours between the hour and first quarter with the chiming mechanism off. Unless of course the mechanical movement has been replaced with an electronic one :-)
